Scheduling: Wake Up

Assume I wake up at 4am. Then I can have a practice schedule that goes like this:

sitting meditation 60 05:05
prepare food and drink some water 20 05:30
exercise, standing practice 45 – 90 07:05
light cleaning, finish cooking 15 07:25
eat breakfast, have some tea 60 08:30
breakfast clean up, prep lunch 30 09:05
first work period 120 – 180 12:10
tea, eat lunch 90 13:45
cleaning and major kitchen prep 30 – 60 14:50
second work period 120 – 180 17:55
dinner 45 18:45
cleaning, breakfast prep 30 19:20
third work period 120 – 180 22:25

Everything labeled work period may include naps and tea as well as work. This schedule seems to make dinner too late and has me up far too late at night. It allows for nine hours of work but no evening meditation or exercise. Back to the drawing board…
